  • (Another one to our superiors) It is not very often that I take the time to acknowledge those individuals who go above and beyond for their client.  However, I feel that it is important for you to know that David Chandler and Brandi Gibson are exceptional individuals who handled every challenge in our recent real estate transaction with a positive attitude and in a timely and professional manner.  My wife and I were challenged with finding a home within a short amount of time. About a year ago, we decided it was time to do a refinance of our mortgage. When the usual credit reports were run, it was discovered that there were several inaccuracies on each report. This is when we were referred to Brandi Gibson.  Ms. Gibson looked over our reports and identified the errors; some were old, some were not even ours. Ms. Gibson then forged a plan of action and implemented the proper paperwork to make the corrections. This all took time, which she warned us about. She did not “sugar-coat” anything. We knew what we were in for before we started. Ms. Gibson was very diligent regarding follow up calls to keep us informed when she received any information. She was also very patient with our questions and any frustrations we were having. She worked throught the paperwork with us every step of the way.

We must say, Brandi Gibson was so much help to us. In fact, I am convinced that were it not for her assistance, we would still be fighting with the credit reporting companies and waiting to refinance. We must thank Ms. Gibson for all she did for us. We would not hesitate to call Ms. Gibson if her services were needed. We would also not hesitate to recommend her services. In fact, we have done so with good results.
