VA

The VA mortgage programs are backed by the Federal Government. They have been set up to benefit Veterans who are looking to purchase a new home or refinance an existing mortgage. There are currently more than 57 million Americans who qualify for VA Mortgage Loan Benefits.

The Veterans Administration does not make mortgage loans. Instead, qualified lenders like Prospect Mortgage are approved to offer and underwrite VA Loans. The VA Home Loan Guaranty program’s primary objective is to help veterans obtain financing on favorable loan terms. So, the VA will GUARANTY the loans for qualified veterans.
